Volunteer Statement

Star of the Sea Parish Volunteers are expected to complete the Volunteer Statement, confirming that they have read the relevant safeguarding documentation and will adhere to the parish code of conduct.

New volunteers can complete the Volunteers Statement below and provide the completed form to the parish office.

Working With Children Check

National Police Check

For those who, as part of their voluntary role, will have contact with Children, Young People and/or at Risk Adults, a National Police Check Certificate valid within three years is also required.

Once you have completed your check, you receive a certificate which should be sent into the parish office.

For parishioners who may have difficulty in completing applications online, please contact the parish office for assistance.
