ST. JOSEPH’S PARISH MEDITATION GROUP

The Meditation group meets every Tuesday from 1.30pm in Inverloch. 

We are part of the World Community for Christian Meditation, which is based on the practice from the Benedictine desert fathers of the 4th Century.

The WCCM is an ecumenical community led by FR Laurence Freeman OSB. We listen to motivational recordings, and then meditate for twenty minutes. After we meditate, we read the gospel for the next week, which leads onto an interesting discussion.
